While we make your stencil, why not have the tooling done at the same time?

 

We can work directly off the board Gerber data in conjunction with an extensive component library; no other measurements required!

 

What we need to have:

 

¨ Card thickness

¨ Height of surface mount components on rear face

¨ Direction of travel

¨ How many cards per carrier

¨ Masking details

¨ Does the card have break-off edge

¨ Which components are to be soldered

¨ Components to be clamped

¨ Engraving and SC nember
