All of own inclusive tooling is 100% i.e. we check and individually modify EVERY APERTURE.

 

Most of the big SEMs require a fast turn-round time for a stencil which can be a little as 3hours. There is obviously no time for discussions and the SEM wants the stencil perfect first time so Tannlin have had to develop a high degree of understanding of stencil apperture technology.

 

Most customers now give Tannlin total responsibility for the stencil tooling.
